Acceptance

By creating an account or using BEAST MUSIC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Flame Points & Rewards

Flame Points are a loyalty metric with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are earned through genuine engagement — listening to music, logging prayers, sharing content, and participating in events. We reserve the right to adjust, revoke, or reset points for accounts engaged in fraudulent activity (botting, exploit abuse, or other manipulation of the points system).

Unlocked rewards are issued at our discretion and are subject to availability. Digital rewards (codes, access) are non-transferable.

Content

All music, lore, imagery, and other content on BEAST MUSIC is the intellectual property of the artist and is protected by copyright. Streaming or downloading content is permitted for personal listening only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires explicit written permission.

Any content you submit — comments, transmissions, community posts — must not violate the rights of others, contain unlawful content, or constitute harassment. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users who violate these standards.

Purchases & Refunds

All sales of physical merchandise are final once an order is submitted for fulfillment. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Digital purchases (access codes, virtual rewards) are non-refundable once redeemed.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BEAST MUSIC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
