What We Collect
When you join the Altar, we collect your email address and the name you choose to display. If you make a purchase, we collect shipping information through our checkout provider (Stripe). We do not store payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
As you engage with the platform — listening to music, logging prayers, reading lore, and RSVPing to events — we record those interactions to calculate your Flame Score and maintain your activity history. This data stays within BEAST MUSIC and is not sold to third parties.
How We Use It
- To operate your account, including authentication and dashboard features
- To calculate and display your Flame Score and Altar Rank
- To send daily prayers, affirmations, and event notifications — only if you opt in
- To fulfill merch orders and communicate shipping updates
- To improve the platform based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns
Cookies & Storage
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels. Browser storage (localStorage) is used for your audio player preferences.
Data Retention
Your account and associated data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Order records may be retained for tax and legal compliance purposes.

Your Rights
